This is a slapstick comedy film, very funny, mad and outrageous. Jim carrey is Ace Ventura, Pet Detective ready to protect animal rights. He may be loved some people he may be hated by others, but whatever others think of him, I think that he is very good because he makes me laugh a lot.
In this programme he is on a mission to discover who stole Snowflake, the mascot for the Miami Dolphins Football Team. There are some very funny scenes, he often gets in to a lot of trouble and manages to escape it all.The storyline is not that great but Jim Carrey is the main attraction and all his facial expressions are included in to this film.In this film I tend to find myself laughing at his stupidity and think if such a character exists in the world, it all add to the fun. I can not visualize any other actor
playing this role as effectively as jim Carrey.He is a very funny man but yes sometimes he can get carried away.
This film is good, I think mainly suited to a younger audience but however adults will find it amusing.I would watch it with a group of friends who want to have a laugh and enjoy ourselves.
