I used this laptop for a year and after that one a fine morning it didn’t start up. Then I asked the service center and the engineer said there was an nVidia design issue with the AMD processor. I lost 1800 Rs.
It worked for 2 weeks then again the same problem emerged like a sepent, again went to the service center and I was told that the power supply board was burnt so I had to shell out another 800 Rs. after this incident the machine worked for around a month later history repeated itself. That time I developed deep anguish mixed with heightened hatred for this filthy product and its poor service support.
