I had purchased an Acer Laptop some time back. My keyboard stopped working (in out of warranty period) I wrote a mail right from Aug 2nd to 12th and nothing happened.
This was my mail "I have called up all of them. They could not be of any help to me. > None of > them have the keyboard for Acer Aspire 1360. One of them (D D > Khanna Rd) > has said that they have ordered one K/B to Acer over mail, but > have not > received any response.

IT WILL NOT BE Acer." I visited the service centres, some were charging crazy prizes and others gave the right prize, but said the K/B was not available and kept me dangling for 3 months .I will not buy another ACER, if I am unable to find a keyboard, AND I WILL NOT LET ANYONE I KNOW, BUY AN ACER, SINCE I KNOW, THAT SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE, AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE.
