Whilst it worked I really liked my laptop. It performed well. A few months out of warranty the power jack became loose and stopped working. This meant I couldn’t charge the battery any more. Acer offered to assesand then repair the damage even out of warranty. I though this was excellent.Once I received the laptop back again the repair job was not well done and still very loose it did however charge.
