Can take a while to load photos and shows on i-player. Quite heavy and solid. Has a webcam and speakers but no built in microphone which is frustrating as we skype relatives abroad quite a bit. Wasn’t clear from description what software came with it - i.e. we thought it included Microsoft Office student version but it’s only trial software.)
