Hello friends. First of all I would like to thank the all who read my reviews. I hope all the reviews are helpful for you guys. This is about acer 5738 laptop. I have this laptop sonce 2010. This laptop is good product of acer laptop company. First couple of year it worked very well and it gave me a awesome of experience of laptop learning and things to do on laptop.
But one day suddenly the screen stoped working. I took it to acer service centre and asked for the solution.
First they made me wait for 3 hours and then they said that this is going to lab and you have to wait for 7 days. After 7 days I went back then they said the laptop service is in process and I have to wait for 3 more days.
After 3 days I went back again and I got my laptop but the price they asked for serviCe was shocking for me. They asked 7400 rupees for just service. The labor cost was 2400 rupees. I can’t even imagine.
It was a bad bad bad experience.
In 2015 one key of my laptop keyboard got seprated and again I went to service center and this time this service center employee asked for 3000 rupees just to fix a new keyboard. I did not give it to the service.
So overall I think the price rate is very high for service.
Otherwise the laptop is very good for use.
