Acer Aspire 5738

I purchased acer Aspire 5738 Laptop on 15th Night from nearest dealer. for 32000.

After paying a huge amount Acer company gave me sealed box shit! Laptop.

1. DVD ROM found Faulty in 60 Minutes after Purchasing.( What a surprise gift from Acer)

   
   




2. DVD provided with Laptop was only for Tea Plate, because it does not contains driver for Aspire 5738.(Acer also giving free goodies, yahoooo)

   
   




3. I visited Janakpuri service center, and till today(21/1/10) they have only one answer " SIR ABHI STOCK MEIN DVD ROM NAHI HAI"

   
   




4. Customer Care says sir we can only lodge case for you, that’s it.

   
   




5. I DONT KNOW WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT, WHOM SHOULD I CALL, WHERE TO GO, JUST WAITING AFTER SPENDING 32000 FOR 60 MIN OF FUN WITH LAPTOP.

   
   

So, I would suggest you never buy products from Acer.
