Charger Problem

I have bought Acer aspire 5s laptop from Acer mall, Shaheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2020.

On July 12th laptop charger( 19v, 2.37a) stopped working. After fault finding by Acer service team, it was confirmed, charger not functioning.
