Although Acer has a good reputation on the market over the years, my impression about them changed completely after I bought the hopeless Acer Aspire E15 E5-575 last year. It has been a total waste of time as well as money and I will avoid buying any product from this manufacturer in future. Within only two months of buying it, a vertical black line has appeared on the monitor which I cannot get rid of. I showed it to the technicians who told me that nothing can be done right now except replacing it. It is so irritating! Moreover, the CPU speed is horrible and everything functions so slowly in this machine. It takes a long time to shut down the laptop which sometimes tries my patience. I am also not satisfied with the audio quality and am contemplating of buying a new laptop next year. Stay away from buying any product from Acer if you want to lead a stress-free life!
