I am using this product from last 1 month and face many problems like.1.It heats so much because it do not have any fan in it.2. It has only 2gb on ram. Now a day phone come with at least 3gb of ram and they give on 2 gb ram for windows 10 64bit.3. You can only run windows 10 64bit version only.4. Speakers are given on bottom which cause problem while You are using your laptop on bed because you can’t the music properly4. I used many laptops and can open them warranty not over but if you open this laptop for any reason the warranty over.Features : 1. It have intel cen celeron n3350 cpu which is clocked at 1.10ghz.2.it has 2gbs of ram expandable upto 8 gbs.I buy it from amazon worth of 16000 rupee.The customer service is good.
