I am hereby sharing my experience on BAD product quality of Acer. We bought Acer One in the month of Dec 2011 and were very happy to use it until 2-3 days ago when the screen from top turned black and we observed cracks starting from top. We were shocked to see that. I wish god can become a witness that we used the netbook two days before at night when it was ok. After the work it was shut down and kept on the usual place. After two days in the morning when we started the same we were shocked, to see the cracks.
I did some search on the net and found it is a problem noted by many people across world for acer laptops and netbooks.
Service center guys say its our fault. I know its our fault having bought inferior quality Acer one happy2 netbook product.
Friends, please do your research at least you can type something like "acer screen cracked for no reason" in google search and see what I mean.
Sorry for myself having bought bad quality stuff of Acer. Never faced any issue with my 5-6 year old Compaq laptop, 1 yr old Apple IPad, and many other products. But Acer is really really a worst brand.
