Received a faulty product. A friend had ordered for so it won’t show as a verified purchase. In the first month itself, I had to go to the service center. Also, this product doesn’t support windows 7 id someone wants it as the wifi doesn’t get supported by windows 7in this product, and the laptop is sluggish and with many lags from the start.
Th laptop is not user-friendly as it has many lags right from the start of the purchase.
After this incident, the product cant reliable and I have zero satisfaction towards this product.
Value if money 1/5, only this product look sleek and stylish.
Service support is pretty bad as they irresponsive of your problems and is not at all interested to solve them.
