I have purchased this laptop 2 years back. This laptop is really a curse for me in a year it starts giving me trouble. I was happy that I have good laptop configuration but that does not work for me. Its keyboard have problem, keys remain pressed due to which it starts beeping. And the final solution is to replace them and you have to pay for it.
Customer support is really bad, once my display is broken and it is in the warranty but the service center does not bother to replace it. They said it will be costly here you can fix it from outside. Somehow I have managed this issue now the motherboard has starting giving trouble system switch off anytime. This is really a headache to buy Acer laptops. However the configuration is good but it doesn’t work if system will not work for years. It is not fits in the value for money things.
