WORST! WORST! WORST! SERVICE EVER. I bought Acer laptop few months back and after few months I started getting issues with laptops Wi-fi. I called up customer service support that guy took somewhere close to 30 mins to come up with the conclusion that wi-fi will not be supported. I had to struggle to make him understand that wi-fi is the part of the laptop itself however he disconnected.
I called up again another girl picked up.she identified the issue but she was so rude that it was horrible talking to her. I called again spoke to a manager this time again same tone as if I did a mistake by calling them.
ACER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I JUST WISH I COULD HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSE ACER HUMAN RESOURCE SHOULD START WORKING NOW AS HIRING THESE KINDA OF PEOPLE ISNT GONNA TAKEEM ANYWHERE BUT IT WILL BE LOST AND FORGOTTEN
