If your are thinking buy this laptop for only Office work so sorry for that I have purchased this laptop before 4 days and after installing recommended driver or software this laptop performance was too low you are only use this laptop at once task like chrome if you choose another one task so your laptop hanged or sometimes restart with blue screen as I share the image in blue screen and heat also.
So please don’t buy this laptop according to this facility this laptop must be under 10K bot 17-18K But battery backup some times good like 3 to 4 hours after full charge but if your laptop hanged or heat so battery backup down.
It comes with 4gb ram and windows 10 configuration which makes the laptop externally slow. Dead slow.
My laptop is not working with in one month of purchase and the acer support is not sending engineer despite of sending multiple chasers, after complaint is launched there seems to be issue with service of the acer products.
Seriously don’t go in this TRAP this product is of no use.
So my piece of advice is don’t fall into this trap . I am attaching some proof that it is actually slow is
