On 7th of Nov 2011 I gave my RITZ LDI for paid service. I agreed to get the Engine Oil, Oil filter checked and replaced, Anti rust coating done and suspension checked and repaired. They did that and delivered the car back to me on 8th Nov 2011 and it costed me 5950 . On 9th Nov 2011 when I drove my car to office I came to know that my AC is not working which was working perfectly before I gave for servicing. I called up the ACER Motors customer care and complained about it. They called me to their workshop with the car. After checking the AC the Workshop manager says that there was some leak in the AC pipe and all the gas leaked out and to get it fixed I need to pay.
Now just imagine, when your car is in free service nothing extra happens to your car, but as soon as you give your car for paid service they tamper your car and then you are bonded to get it fixed by paying extra.
I had to get my car AC fixed by paying extra 3000rs un-necessarily without my fault.
So I want to warn all my friends who want to purchase car or had already purchased car from ACER Motors. Dont deal with them in future.
