I bought my SX4 ZDi from ACER Motors in November 2013. In about 10 days, my vehicle completed 1000 km and was ready for my first service.
I called up Acer motors as I wanted to take service appointment. They told me that they can pick up the vehicle on a saturday to which I agreed. Once the given Saturday comes, they don’t show up. I was waiting for their staff to show up and nowhere in sight. When I call them up for inquiring the status, they have no clue. and every person points to another number to talk to. after talking to 5 or 6 people, I ended up shouting and then suddenly they found a person to pick up the vehicle. so, rule no.1: you have to shout insanely to get things done .
In about 2 and half months, my car was ready for second service, and I called up again. they sent a person who promised to come by 8 AM and finally showed up at 9:30 am. As the guy was late, I was rushing to office and did not notice that he carried my audio remote also. In the night when they returned the car, the remote was not there. these idiots keep calling me every now and then asking me about vehicle quality, but keep iterating that they returned the remote.
If you love your car and the accessories, better don’t expect any service at Acer Motors. Better yet, don’t ever visit Acer Motors. Idiots with no responsibility.
