User friendly - after buying got some many issues getting heated easily, fans started to make noises
reliability & satisfaction - I mostly uses the office to make different project & play sometimes game like Gta5, Ghost recon but when I play on ultra is gets slow and game gets glitch sometimes.
value for money- well its having a core Intel i5 processor and a Ram which can be expandable
