I purchased this laptop with great anxiety. In the first few months everything was ruined. The laptop speakers started giving crackling sounds. From that day to day I am getting so many issues with this. The customer care people are useless, they don’t respond immediately. We have to follow-up with them regularly. This Laptop costs around 80K, but the response we get from the customer care is worst. This laptop hardware is poor. One or the other causes problems continuously. Sometimes speakers sometimes hinges, now the display outer panel due to hinges. The display outer panel got broken due to the tight hinges. I am depressed with this laptop. I am done with this laptop. I don’t want to use this laptop. I want my money back. Otherwise replace it with a new one. I am not going to spare this. I will definitely file a case against the brand.
