I was planning to buy a home pc as my p-2 had conked off and was in search for a good machine ..it was then that my wife suggested to go for a laptop as we could carry it anywhere..I tried my hands at LENOVO , HCL , COMPAQ , HP....but finally landed up up buying an celeron ACER which was preety good looking and served my basic purpose of a computer..
The configuration is as follows
1) Intel celeron processor 380
2) 14.1 inches screen
3) 40gb HDD
4) DVD/CD RW COMBO
5) 256 MB RAM
6) WIRELES LAN
Iv taken a broadband connection from airtel which works pretty fine on dis laptop..mite go for a reliance datacard which can b inserted into d laptop to stay connected newhr u go.
Its been just a week tht I bought it..i hope the feel good factor stays for long.
Guys go for it and enjoy the laptop fever which is going to hit india full on...so go for it before u r out of the gizmo race...these words are comin directly out of the horse’s mouth so better believe it
