1.Wrong Commitments
Unsafe Business Environment – Prone to Harassment:
No Commitment on Salary:
? There is a commitment of salary date as 10th of every month but it
is not being followed which causes a lot of dissatisfaction among
employees. This creates an unhealthy work environment.
? There was no proper channel to receive salaries.
Rather salaries are not paid till the time employees get after the MD for it and is disbursed in parts after lot of pursuance and false commitments.
- Unsure about Business Continuity
With the status of the rent unpaid for the centre and the way salary
issues are handled, it gives me no positivity in the business
continuity in the Gurgaon city. Even the electricity bills are not paid on time and the infrastructure is inappropriate for working(no electricity backup, washrooms extremely dirty, no sunlight and air).
Missing Human Grounds
The most important point is theSERVICE ASPECT. The students are made false promises in respect to the classes and the trainers, the reality is that there are no trainers available because of the reasons mentioned above. The whole idea of the MD Shyam Bahadur is to take money from the students.
I really wish that the people getting associated with Achievers Point Knowledge(as students/ trainers/ administration etc) reads the review and learn from others experiences rather than wasting their valuable time and money by associating themselves with the organisation.
