Never ever buy ACT connection, worst service I have ever seen, no one responds to your complaints, they ask us to pay the money and even after 15 days they don’t address your request.
They collect money in spite of not having box to provide you new connection and keep it for long time, no internet and no money for you. They just fooling showing 30 mbps and 50 mbps, true if you are lucky enough and get the connection, otherwise!
I had very worst experience with this service also looking for how can we teach them a lesson, guys suggest me if any of you complained in consumer court.
