We took a ACT settop box and cable connection at our home in bengaluru and were quite happy with the connection, and so we decided to get a broadband internet connection from ACT itself as I was using airtel and it was very expensive.So we got the internet connection.The sad part is from day one I started to encounter connectivity issues and cinnection drops.i havn’t used uninterrupted internet for even an hour.After complaining several times, one of their technician comes home and says that we have to put up a internet distributing unit at our home so that he can provide better internet for us and also provide connections in that lane.We could not agree for that as so many wires will pass through our house.He says he cannot provide internet unless we agree for that.I feel they should look for some alternate location to set up their unit in some other place and provide internet.I was helpless and had to disconnect the connection and take airtel again.
