Appaling service of act

Trying for the past few days to get a reconnection after a temporary disconnection of two months. Absolutely no coordination between office and call center. Have been calling the call center explaining my situation over and over again. But no response.


Its better to go for other providers though they charge higher amounts. Appealing service.
