I paid 6 months advance to have 40MBPS internet, but by 1st month, it was fine but there was total blackout in every nights, we complained this issue with them, and they mentioned "they will resolve in 48 hours", NO action was taken, we continue to complain and they only continue to create infinite and usless tickets/service requests # and eventually it will be 30 days x 48 hrs for them to come and fix. And during 3rd month, there was sudden disruption of the service, where only 30 hrs of one week will work, we continue to complain and they continue to open unnecessary tickets/service request.
This is how unprofessional team is, also, when the act fibernet engineer comes, they makes "back and forth" story, creates nice story.
This is extremely extremely OBNOXIOUS quality of service and very unprofessional service team from act fibernet. I would not recommend any body to have this.
Airtel Broadband is very recommended and quality of service.
