The ACT broadband delivers decent speed even though they claim to deliver speeds up to 25 mbps, in practicality it is around 3mbps. The worst part is their complaint attending system. They will make you hear about their products before you get to the menu of selecting options. Then it will take between 1- 15 minutes for your call to be attended. Then they take the complaint and say it will be addressed in 24 WORKING HOURS (put in a nice way so that you think it is going to get in a day but in reality i.e 8 working hours day x 3 days, so 3 days).
This you will come to know if you call them 24 hours. There will be no other contact method for you to get in touch with anybody, other than through this automated system, which makes you go crazy. There will be frequent interruptions in connectivity and the same problem persist even after multiple complaints. The standard answer is disruption of cable. If you are planning for a reliable, continuous connectivity, ACT Broadband is not for you.
