After exploring various ISP in Bangalore, I had decided to get ACT broadband connection. But the service it provide is not as promised. After every week especially on weekends its internet stops working.
On calling customer care they say it will take 24 working hour(3 days) to solve problem, one time they actually taken that much time, on demanding the waiver for this they say up to 3 days they dont have any waiver policy. So it means every week 3 days if internet is not working ideally I will not get any waiver and I have to pay complete bill.
Now my current situation is that every weekend my ACT broadband doesnt work for a day or 2 and I have to use my data card for the same and ACT is not ready to provide waiver also.
