Worst service provider, totally disappointing.

Every month I have issues with my wifi. No support provided by customer care. See my history of tickets. 14 days no connection for monthly 1300 rs/- paid and got compensation of 100 rs. in the next month bill? Is this fair enough? Shouldn’t it be 700 rs/-? Are you cheating your customer? This is happening every month since last 4 months? shouldn’t you be responsible to close the issue ASAP?even if the connection is active, the bandwidth is extremely slow. Don’t know what is going on? And frequent disconnections.


Today again the same issue since yesterday. Customer care is a waste, they really don’t know what they are doing.fed up with your horrible customer service.
