Delay in service

I am also using ACT broadband. When we call to customer care service team for any problem. They will take 24hrs time. It is very bad. Because if we are doing some important work and the connection goes off, and in that case we want service as soon as possible, but they will take 1 days time.


So there is a need to solve the problem asap
