Worst services, money diggers!!

After giving the cheque to their field executive Shankar for an annual amount of 9699 on 31 of August 2018, I got my act services renewed, this is the the 3rd year I am using there services,


On 7th of September without any update or intimation they disconnected our account, which we got to know when our wifi was not working and when I gave a call back, they said that my cheque bounced for which they have deactivated my account.


I checked the same with my bank they said the amount reached them well on time, also sharing them the passbook stating the amount has been debit from my account. After giving a call back giving them the same information they say to send the photocopy of the passbook after which they can proceed or excelate the complain.


After sharing them the passbook I expected them to activate the services as my money is already been deducted and also the information from them was wrong, on this they were lot of fake promises made from their call centre saying it will be done in an hour, another by 12 in next day, also they were very harsh over call as if I owed them the money. The person Uma Shankar I’d 15848 the floor manager made fake promises. The executive Dinesh Balu id 468526 was damn rude made me more irritated with this unhappening. I waited for afternoon for an update as it was promised from the floor manager, there was no update.


I went to there head office in queens road


The security said there’s no one in office as it was Saturday, so I started asking numbers whom I could call right away from there office.


And then someone walked by, asking me my problem, so I started saying the problem I was facing   it there on there entrance it self, they did not greet me neither asked me to walk-in.


When the discussion started getting hot, and they realised there mistakes, the security says the that person to why did you come out.!, !


Then came a manager Ravi, he started of rude asking me why was I shouting, also asking the security if the cameras were on, to create fear, but I have seen 100 of scraps like them.


Later I blasted them to what I had been through from 2 days. They kept on apologising rather giving me a solution.


I made sure they activated the account and later they go ahead with the process.


This whole thing wasted my 2 days and they treat customers like ., who they feel they are serving for free of cost


Even after coming from the office I still have no mail on apologies for all the inconvenience caused.


And I don’t feel assured about there services to when this can happen again.


Please to all the customers and who wants to enroll, there are way better service providers, they might charge a little more but services would be satisfying. At the end it’s all about value for your money. I regret choosing their services.
