Dear all, I have ACT cable Tv connection .
I have not come across such an inefficient setup and an equally inefficient and irresponsible set of support staff.
The customer care responds to your calls after trying a million times and listening to a recorded messages, but the issue does not get resolved.
Every day for a few hours there seems to be a technical problem, especially on Sundays, full day you are looking at blank tv screen with some error message on it.
The technician for my area was to come in the morning 9 Am and now its 2 Pm and there is no sign of him. This is not the first time this has happened.
I sincerely hope that this review has helped some of you who have contemplated on this service provider. You are at a great risk if you do so.
So now I have asked for a Tata sky connection which works out cheaper better.
