I have received a call from ACT and informed that they have coverage in my area and they are able to provide connection with in 3-4 days. Very next day 27 Nov 2014, one representative came and collected all necessary fee(Installation and one month rent).
They also said that connection would start in 4 days. Now its been one week, no one contacted to update about the status. When I called to customer care they are claiming that it will take another one week and no one from customer service claimed that they will give connection in 3-4 days.
I have paid all amount in advance as per their commitment. Very bad experience. Still they are not sure when they can give connection for me.
I dont have a option to get refund. ACT is cheating customers with false commitment and very pathetic experience with customer care executive also.
They are unable to provide a solution, and was arguing with me.
Dear ACT team, if you are unable to fulfill commitment dont commit. I would like to know my status of connection.
