Iam using ACT fibernet from past 4 years. I did not face any issues in internet speed or lagging. except on few occations during heavy rains. customer care also responsive.
Only con from this service is their customer service numbers are not free and not mobile numbers. they are landline numbers and that too only one number.
so it costs more from your balance if they dont lift the call. some times it takes more time to connect and call may end. that time your balance will be charged more without even talking to them.
but once if we raise an issue then they will respond immediately and solve your problem ASAP.
I surely recommend for others to take this service then other service providers.
