Please don’t get fooled. What use is the high speed when the service hardly works. I have their so called fibernet service for more than 6 months in Bangalore.


The service is consistently down. You have to call customer service and wait at times more than 15minutes to speak to someone and all they do is take the complaint and tell you the issue will be required solved in 24hrs.


Then the fun starts, the extremely conpetent technician calls you usually after 24hrs for directions to your place then he will ask fron which neighbouring house they have pulled the cable to give you the connection. Yes these are not underground cable but like your local TV cable which many times prankster cut those hanging wires .so much for their fibernet talk.


OK now the competent technician works on the issue and you get  SMS that the issue is fixed without even bothering to check with the customer. hmm he fixed the backup power but I don’t have connectivity so how can I even check if he really fixed the issue. Issue not fixed, open new complaint again and again. Sometimes it takes many days to restore your service. Customer service has a standard answer that it will be fixed in next 24hrs.


This is the worst service and the worst decision I have made in my life. Goodbye to them. Do not get trapped. avoid them at all cost. Better to spend a bit more and get good service than spend on them with no service. If you have more money to spend please donate to the poor instead of donating to them.
