Pathetic service

Such a pathetic service who dont care about customer service.I have had their bad services some months ago but unfortunately had to bear them as I didn’t had an alternative provider. Recently on 27th June 2022 the sales guy called me to reactivate the plan and he really convinced me about the improved service and immediately sent me payment link for 1 month trail @590- Impressed with his convincing sales pitch I immediately made the payment and in less than 30mins the technician was at my home for connecting.Well my device charger had an issue so he couldn’t start the process.Next day I got the new charger and I have been trying to call the technician, the sales person and the customer care but no one is bothered.Raised 2 tickets but until its 8 days now no one has come to resolve the issue.I had to finally request them to deactivate my account and issue refund which is also pending.Pls dont use their services if you really have other options.
