ACT Broad Band : If you are fool go for it.

Hi All,


Today 04th August, 2017, Suddenly my Internet stopped working. When I called to Customer care center its keep going busy till I lost my patience. These Bugger don’t know about customer care word. They have only one line which will keep going busy at the time of issue. There is no Queue system so that you can wait for your chance.


Moreover if you have raised a problem ticket from the ACT app, there is no ETA mentioned and also you can not add or interact anything.


Means, in the issue you just keep your mouth shut, do not do anything, don’t try anything as there is no one who can answer or to whom you can contact.


One fine day I decided to work from home and these people spoiled the credibility.


This behavior is nowhere expected from ISP.


If you want to have continuous connectivity you should have multiple connection as you cant rely on this ACT as there is no friendly ACT from ACT.


At the end, Very very pathetic service.
