Worst Customer care & rude.

ACT Broadband service is good when connection is there. Once they disconnect because of billing issues, everyone from customer support will call without knowing the ground reality, they will disturb to pay the bill.


Customer care people are very very rude. When you explain the issue they are not ready to listen. They will straight away cut the call. Sometimes I heard bad words too. Till now I didn’t get internet connectivity for past 10 days.. No one cares. They want their bill. I’m Pissed off sometimes whenever customer care support cut the call without listening...


I felt customer care and support are goons! Female staff is also rude!!! No proper training is given to them how to behave with customers...


My issue is: I paid for 3 months. I have used for 25 days in my old house and reconnection happened after 2 months. And I have used for only 11 days. Totally for 36 days I have used in my old and new houses. Bill got generated. For this I’m fighting since 10 days with those rude customer service and support people. No use I believe... I need 54 more days of internet connection. Post that if bill would have been generated I would have been fine. This is never ever accepted by anyone...


Need to see when I shall get the connection..
