ACT Broadband is just a big ACT!
Ive had no service since Monday, March 17th, 2014(its the 24th today) and have registered 3 complaints to date: 0001831634, 0001841389, 0001848815. Not one engineer has bothered to visit my place in Domlur despite their network hub being right next door. What they do instead is not return calls, blatantly lie on the phone, refuse to get managers to speak with me and, this takes the cake, THEY UNILATERALLY CLOSE COMPLAINTS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
Whatever you do, avoid these scam artists at all costs. Go with a proven company. Im going to work on a refund now. oh, I just checked, Airtel 4G is actually faster in my flat so.
