today I review ACT BOARDBAND so I suggest you don’t buy this broadband. I am facing issue every alternative week.Internet Link will be down almost every week and every pathetic service by act service team. NO ownership by the service team and they will keep repeating that"We will get back to you in 24 hours." and they never respond as committed and service will be restored in their own sweet time. I am really fed up and regretting myself for taking this connection now and planning to switch off to Airtel or BSNL connection soon. One star in the rating itself is too much I feel. The speed and also the technical support is the worst ever one which I have experienced due to a road extension work I was disconnected too the service and it got restored after almost one month which is damn time while 6 other service providers restored them with in 2-3 days heck network ever the support is worst ever thing and even the response form the customer service centeres will answer you will take just a time of 1-2 day worst ever experience with it.
