Poor Service

Internet and speed is fine, The worst service by Customer Care and not responding in time and Behavior.


With out intimating to me they have charged 1200 Rs of 10MB Usage.And requested temporary disconnection by the time customer care guys informed no charges are applicable to activate the connection.but when I asked to activate the connection they are charging 500Rs.What the hell of the service!
