Plzzz don’t go for ACT fibrenet/Broadband. Especially those who are located in and around ANNAPOORNESHWARINAGAR, NAGARBHAVI.
I had a worst customer experience ever with these guys.I got the connection after one month of registration which I was supposed to get it within 10 days as they promised.
I hardly used it for 5 days and guess what the connection was dropped.
When I called the customer care all they said is "sorry for the convenience"(as any other customer service representative say) and I was promised that a technician would come up to my place in next 2 days and nobody turned up to resolve the issue.
I had to call more than 5 times in the span of two weeks and they kept on telling the same thing.
Finally I was frustrated and ask them to disconnect everything and take away all the things they had kept at my place and still there was no response at all.
How irresponsible one can be. we aren’t jobless to keep waiting for them and keep calling very now and then.
If they cannot provide proper service to the customer, then why the hell should they keep false promises? PLZ don’t believe their false expectations
