I am experiencing the poor service levels. My issue was raised 3 days ago but there is neither resolution nor update on the status. When ever I approach CC they say today or tomorrow as standard dialogue. I pity on us(customer base) as we only have given them stardom to sit at #1 in Hyderabad. Please advise me the best service provider at least #2 and good in service delivery. My recent request to shift the connection within city is taking more than 2 days, and yet to be done.
