Services were so bad

I made a complaint on my internet disconnection. They said within 24 hrs even after I said I have project work I need internet as soon as possible. Then I called again after almost 10 hrs and made a complaint saying i complained abt it earlier bt no response. Then they said before tommrow 11 it’ll be repaired. The guy (engineer) called me and said I’ll have to check the box on whats prob I’ll come in 30 mins. He said tht at 8:30pm then I thought he’d atleast come on morning still he didn’t come it’s 1:00pm now and this guy didn’t come. They are so trash in terms of service. No response from the engineers eventho customer care says they’d help me with anything. Worthless don’t waste money on this
