Worst network and service

I took ACT connection on 30th Oct, 2015 and from 31st Oct, it is not working. I have paid 6 month subscription fee in advance! Worst part is their service. Every time I have to wait indefinitely for someone to attend my call. And every time I get the same reply. "Our engineers are working on it. It will be resolved within 24 hrs. We have accorded highest degree importance for your compliant." I am afraid I fell prey to their fraudulent advertisements and wasted my money in haste!
