Hello. I am going to write my honest and horrifying experience for ACT broadband. I have taken it connection in February 2020. The plan I have taken is the 50mbps one. But every alternate day the downloading speed decreases. This is tge time where everyone is doing work from home and online classes. Many times the internet stops in the middle of my online classes which is very irritating. Mainly when the weather is a bit rainy tge internet speed decrease drastically.
For my online classes I have to disconnect every other device which connected to this network. Still it sometimes slows down. The connection reliability is also nit good if more that 4 devices are connected at the same time the internet become very slow. I have called their executive many time regarding my issues. The come and do something with the rojter and wires and say its OK to use now but again the problem comes after some days of using.
Totally not satisfied with Act Broadband. So I have changed it to airtel now. Its more than weeks now I am using Airtel Broadband and till now I have not faced any problem. But act I would never go in my life.
