Very bad service by ACT

My internet is down for 2 weeks. I have called them 20 times. Still no action taken. Unhelpful stall. Not a reliable ISP. Anyday I call, I just get a response it will be fixed tomorrow but its never fixed.


Pathetic service. Customer care takes 20 minutes to connect and customer care service is also very poor. Once a customer care representative even told me not to call so many times.


I think I am just wasting my money with them Regards,
