ACT Broadband is THE worst service I had ever seen. I raised a complaint on 17th may after 20 days it got rectified of so many exhalation and 46 follow up calls and finally it got rectified on June 6th.
After 3 days, on June 9th again I lost internet and still no one attended my complaint and called service manager and he promised that it will be rectified yesterday it self and till now I dint get rectification yet.
Finally I went to Rajajinagar office I met security. He dint let me inside how ever by fighting I collected some managers number if any one wants to clear your complaint just contact them

even customer care wont take a call no one will be there in customer care
