Worst service

I had got a new connection but after 1 month they disconnected and canceled my internet because i had shifted to new location and ACT was not available at the new location, so they promised me that they will refund in 7 days that is by September 5th. Now its 11th September 11th and there is no update from them, even when i was using this ACT, internet goes down everyday, no use. Worst broadband ever. They should close the company. I am going to complain to consumer court and you should also do the same
