Worst people

The service getting pathetic day by day. Speed never come as it should. Keep blaming my laptop, my phone and router. 100 times technician visited but unable to fix the issue.


Now I will put the responsibility of Nodal officer and appellate officer. I have requested for the bill and the receipt because in portal it just shows the amount I need to pay. However after making the payment there is no payment receipt from the beam neither the bill. I escalated till Nodal team and appellate officer but they remain silent. Really very pathetic service.

Now from past 3 months I have using. There are a lot of changes. The speed is better than before. The nodal officer is very responsive and fix the problems soon. However the customer care people are always make false commitments. Their job is just to raise a ticket and close but don’t bother to actually look at the real issue.


Now I am adding the rating here from 1 star to 4 star. I am reducing 1 star because of the unprofessional customer care.
