I have been a customer of ACT Fibernet since a year. My experience with them has absolutely been great. They’ve always resolved my issues in the time that is promised to me. I extend my appreciation to the customer service representatives who take in all the heat on calls yet manage to keep their cool and resolve the issues.
I have always been informed via messages on my phone if I am going to face any disrupt in my connection. Their communication to the customer is par excellence.
Once, when I faced a speed issue. I was given the right advice not only by the CSR but also by a technical person from their team called me at the time given to him and resolved my issues. My speed has not been slow since then. Love the idea of using my account elsewhere who has an ACT connection. I also appreciate the grace period(First 17 days of the month) given to pay my bills which gives me more than enough time to pay my bills.
